The goal of the Elementary School Counseling Program for Grades K-5 is to meet the individual needs of all students while supporting the social, academic and physical development of all students. With these activities, students will receive support so they can participate in their current and future educational programs. The goal of our Counseling Program is to improve student’s well-being and academic success. All students have access to a certified school counselor.
The Behavior Intervention Monitoring Assessment System -2 is a universal screening assessment used for students in grades kindergarten through grade 5. Results are used to monitor students progress and identify students that need some type of intervention. Other forms of assessment include report cards, attendance rates, and teacher updates.
