Salmon River Central School District families are advised that, at the most recent Board of Education meeting, the Board approved returning the final unused snow day to the school calendar.

If this day is not needed for weather-related closures prior to then, there will be no school on Friday, May 22, 2026.

If additional snow days are required before that date, Friday, May 22 will remain a regular school day.

The District will continue to keep families informed of any changes and appreciates the community’s flexibility throughout the winter season.
