Dear Salmon River Community Members:

The Salmon River Central School District was recently made aware that one of its employees has been arrested. Prior to the public release of this information, the District took immediate action and reassigned the employee to home. During this assignment, the employee is prohibited from entering or being on District grounds, pending the outcome of its own internal investigation.

The safety and well-being of our students is our highest priority. The District is fully cooperating with law enforcement authorities and will continue to monitor the matter closely. As this is a personnel and law enforcement matter, the District is limited in what it can share, but we want to assure our community that appropriate steps have been taken to protect our students and maintain a safe educational environment.
