Traditional Foods Week

Salmon River students recently celebrated Traditional Foods Week with special guest Tehawisoron Kenny Perkins & Katsitsionni Fox. Students learned about the cultural importance of corn and our heirloom seeds, and high school classes made baked corn bread, corn mush, boiled corn bread and corn soup.
