Middle School STEM

Welcome to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Program Page

Inspiring and challenging our 21st century learners, the STEM program (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) is aimed at empowering learners who will succeed in a global society.  Teachers introduce the content, and students drive their own instruction – taking over the learning process, with team collaboration, constructive criticism, and reflection as the essential components of the program.

“Our goal is to prepare our students for a career, and show them how education connects to the outside world by providing them with real problems to solve using the content they have absorbed throughout their years in school,” noted Mr. Barkley, ELA/Writing teacher.
